How we choose what we sell
We are slow on purpose. A short list of products, each one chosen for what is in it and how it is handled, not for how well it would sell.
Certified growers and suppliers
Organic ingredients are bought from certified growers, and the grower's organic certificate is on file for every lot before it is packed.
Packed by us, in our own facility
Repacked and sealed in our SQF certified, GFCO certified, dedicated gluten-free facility in Georgetown, Texas. We see every bag.
Honest labels
The ingredient line is the whole story. If a lot is not certified organic, the bag does not say organic, even when the last one did.
Small batches, dated
We pack to order in small runs, and every pouch carries its pack date so you know how fresh it is.

Email us and a real person at the facility replies. If something is wrong with your order, we make it right.
Our freeze-dried candies are the exception to the one-ingredient rule, and we say so. They are candy, chosen for crunch and flavor, and we freeze-dry them ourselves in small batches in our Georgetown facility.
Who we are
Noble Sloth Foods is a small Texas food company that moves slowly on purpose. We buy whole ingredients from certified growers, pack them ourselves in Georgetown, and sell a short list of products we would keep in our own kitchens.
We come from the team behind ChipMonk and Meli's, and we run our own certified facility rather than renting time in someone else's. That is the whole idea: fewer products, closer to the source, handled by people you can email.
